Medical Card

We have a special visitor from the Central Office who will help parents in the community to apply for medical card and or food stamps for thier kids. Please come on Friday with your child's birth verification and one month's pay stub. For those who cannot provide the pay stub you may still come and they will work out something.Mrs Sharon Davila will be here at 9:00 a.m at Volta School on Friday, May 3, 2013.
