Wow! It was great to receive so many completed  forms back! I know there were many but once again, for those of you who could not complete you still have this entire week to get them completed.

I have sent in vision forms today, they are free!!!!! Please take advantage of it !!

I have passed a lot of forms today. Please take your time this week and send them back with your child by Monday, September  15, 2015.
